Description: This Training of Trainers (TOT) is for prospective facilitators who will then educate colleagues, parents and community partners to effectively work with people with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and other brain-based, or neurobehavioral, conditions. It is open to professionals and parents who have completed Diane Malbin's three-day workshop or the equivalent, provided by one of her certified facilitators. This is a year-long commitment, and is intended for people whose goal includes systems change. It begins with a four-day on-site training and planning session and ends with a three-day on-site training. Over the twelve months, facilitator trainees will also participate in monthly group teleconferences and online email discussions.
